Hey Charles,

You're welcome. Glad it helped you out. Also, congrats on the fact that you actually did the exercises in the program. Most people probably don't, but those who do conduct them will receive benefits.

take care

Suddenly I understood what you were saying. The last part, about entering a meditation state. For me, being more inclined to the logical instead of the emotional side of the brain, you saying "enter into meditation or a trances state" struck me as weird coming from you. I have associated meditation with new age crap talk, "to this and magically everything will be fix in no time".

Plain silly, until I committed in doing one of your exercises you but in the book. "for 15 minute, practice being in a comfortable position". I did so sitting in a chair with a window view a few stories high and block all other thought that was about my troubles and worries, nothing existed beyond the window and committed myself to total relaxation. Only then interesting things started to happen inside my head. All kind of positive thoughts came through my brain.

I then realize I had forgotten a childhood lesson I never taken at heart until then, "Life is far more then meeting the next deadline". From that thought onward I started to see the bigger picture. Starting to understand that women are not my primary, but my secondary goal. My life, and living it fully with passion are my new goals now. I own this much to you. My right kind of woman will come if I live up to my passions and don't worry about what to do, what do say. It will all come naturally at some point if I persevere. As my father says "Everything worth while in life demands hard work and perseverance"

If this isn't meditation, I don't know what else it could be. After that I felt charged and with a lot of enthusiasm to meet more women that day, and everything else went well. Still have a lot to work on, but it's a sure start. "All journeys starts with the first step"

Thanks again for all your helpful advice, it's really making a difference in my life.
