The fact that they sell "pickup" as if it was the only good whole of things, without ever mentioning the negatives and cold-harded truths. They sell you the pill; but never tell you the side-effects and above all else, its true efficacy. People in the community (myself included at one time) are afraid of the brutal truths. They don't want to accept that maybe, just maybe, that girl "just wasn't that into you". And so they try to find ways to prevent that in the future. In part, it's ok to do so. It's trial and error - the best way to learn. But you can't let it bother you or eat you up. It took me awhile to accept (and embrace) that truth. Not every girl is gonna like you, just like you're not gonna like every girl. And that's ok; because in the end, you can walk away calmly without ever looking back! Great post, bro!
