Addendum:

I must admit: It feels great to know you were right beyond any shadow of a doubt.

Tonight, Lakers blew out the Utah Jazz in Utah. The Jazz is a tough team to beat in Utah and they were on a 9-game winning streak.

No Kobe, and no Bynum, no problem.

Gasol: 22 pts, 19 rebounds, 5 block shots, 4 assists,

Odom: 25 pts, 11 reb, 3 steal, 2 blocks.

Motion offense, work the ball INSIDE-Out. In this current league, this team could win over 70 games in a season. (with a little motivation and proper team-play.)

Will the sociopath (Kobe) learn something? Prob not.

Talk about impeccable timing:

Kobe sits out of the last two games. Lakers blow out Portland where they had not won in Years.

Then Last night, they manhandle the San Antonio Spurs. (This time without Kobe, as well as without Bynum.)

A steady diet of Pao Gasol & Lamar Odom down in the low post. Both are great low-post passers and Gasol' skill-set is a throw-back to the 80s where post-players had a variety of moves in the low post.

The Lakers need Kobe to win the championship but they could be so much better if he chose to play the game properly. They'd waltz through the playoffs.

He needs to encourage guys like Lamar to play inspired like last night. Instead, he'll chastise them, and then take 35 shots himself. (Because he wants to score despite how badly he tells you he wants to win the game in interviews.)

Kobe is one of the best of all time. This guy will down with Jordan as one of the top 2 or 3 ever. I've watched countless games (think 2 or 3 years ago) where Kobe won the game for the Lakers. Kobe is selfish because he's a winner, and he wants the ball. With 30 seconds left in the game there's nobody better.

I am the exact opposite. I hate the Lakers, but I like Kobe.
