{"id":1032,"date":"2009-06-22T20:39:36","date_gmt":"2009-06-23T03:39:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/attractwomenanywhere.com\/blog\/?p=1032"},"modified":"2012-09-07T16:04:33","modified_gmt":"2012-09-07T23:04:33","slug":"the-story-of-dick-in-the-community","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/attractwomenanywhere.com\/blog\/2009\/06\/22\/the-story-of-dick-in-the-community\/","title":{"rendered":"The Story of, Dick, In The Community"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">The Story of, Dick, In The Seduction Community<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Richie was a good man, meant well, and had a group of friends he hung out with.\u00a0 Clean cut kid, 22 years old and fresh out of college, he found himself still struggling to get girls.\u00a0 Sure, he had his cast of friends, but he was never the popular kid in high school.\u00a0 College was an improvement but it still didn&#8217;t get Richie consistent results.\u00a0 He was a very likable kid his friends would say.\u00a0\u00a0 Unable to attract girls he desired and feeling the frustration of one too many Saturday nights alone, he sought to find a solution to his dilemma.\u00a0\u00a0 He took refuge on the Internet.\u00a0 Spending time alone, he finally succumbed to it.\u00a0 He did a Google search one lonely Friday night.<\/p>\n<p>There he was, doing an Internet search on &#8220;How to attract girls&#8221; and he stumbled upon the&#8230;..(drum roll please)&#8230;..&#8221;Seduction Community.&#8221;\u00a0 He found a site named &#8220;Fast Seduction&#8221; filled with advice from various gurus.\u00a0 There was a plethora of advice from gurus all around the globe who all had online handles and clever pseudonyms.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s how Richard came to the seduction community. He voraciously read every piece of advice and went out to try it.\u00a0 Whatever he had done up to that point hadn&#8217;t really worked, so how much worse off could he be?\u00a0 He couldn&#8217;t get worse.\u00a0 So he read, and went out talked to girls.\u00a0 He started posting on the forums and kept a log of his track record. He started having some success.\u00a0 He finally had something to say to girls and could strike up conversations with them.\u00a0 Hey, this stuff was giving him some results!\u00a0 Finally!!<\/p>\n<p>The guys providing the advice referred to themselves as &#8220;Pick Up Artists&#8221; abbreviated to\u00a0\u00a0 &#8220;PUA&#8221; for short.\u00a0 The people in this community loved acronyms and there was no shortage of them to find.\u00a0 Religiously, Richie read and practiced the advice of the PUAs, as these were the greatest self- touted ladies men across the globe.\u00a0 Richie wanted to meet them.\u00a0 Who wouldn&#8217;t?<\/p>\n<p>That opportunity arose when a famous pick up artist came to town to speak for free at a small lair meeting.\u00a0 This was Richie&#8217;s chance to meet a guru in the flesh.\u00a0 This was the time. This was the beginning of meeting famous PUAs.\u00a0\u00a0 This speaker was not just a PUA.\u00a0 He was an &#8220;MPUA&#8221; [Master PUA].\u00a0 Apparently, that&#8217;s a higher echelon of pick up artistry.\u00a0\u00a0 He went by the online name, T.D. (Short for Touch Down.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <strong>Interior- Day time- Gathering inside a dimly-lit room.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We see 20 poorly dressed guys sitting around anxiously listening to Master &#8220;Pick Up Artist,\u00a0Touch Down&#8221; Speak.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Touch Down [TD]:<br \/>\nMy name is\u00a0TD.<br \/>\nDo any of you know why that is?<br \/>\nThat stands for Touch Down!<br \/>\nThat&#8217;s because I\u00a0score with 99 out of a 100 girls I talk to.<br \/>\nCan any of you do that?<br \/>\nNo, because you&#8217;re all lame assess.<\/p>\n<p>Richie is excited.\u00a0 Wow!\u00a0 Imagine that!\u00a0 99 out of a 100!\u00a0 The mythical Greek Gods couldn&#8217;t and wouldn&#8217;t claim such numbers.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Suddenly, he is snapped out of his Daze.\u00a0 TD is speaking to him!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">TD<br \/>\nTake a look at that outfit.\u00a0 Would a hot woman ever be caught<br \/>\nwith a guy dressed like you?\u00a0 No&#8230;\u00a0 You need to wear something edgy.<br \/>\nLike a fishnet mesh shirt.<br \/>\nWhat is your name?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Richie realizes he has been chosen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Richie<br \/>\nMy name is Richie, Sir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">TD<br \/>\nSee, there you go.\u00a0 You answered my question too fast.<br \/>\nYou&#8217;re once again showing you&#8217;re a lame ass.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Richie<br \/>\nSorry, sir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">TD<br \/>\nYou lame ass.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t apologize.<br \/>\nYou aspire to be an MPUA? Did I not tell<br \/>\nYou know why I am called Touch Down?<br \/>\nBecause I can score with any woman I want anywhere.\u00a0 I can walk outside<br \/>\nand get and any\u00a0 model as a girlfriend.\u00a0 You&#8217;re a lame ass.<br \/>\nYou&#8217;re an expert?\u00a0 You read history books?<br \/>\nWhile you&#8217;re busy reading your history and biographical books,<br \/>\nI am busy getting laid by supermodels.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Don&#8217;t ever correct me again.<br \/>\nPlus Saddam means &#8220;Dick&#8221; in Iraqi language.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Richie<br \/>\nOK.\u00a0 Thanks for the help.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">TD<br \/>\nThere you go again.\u00a0 You&#8217;re such a lame ass.<br \/>\nYou show weakness and lower value by saying thanks.<br \/>\nIf you want to be an MPUA, you need to drop that.<br \/>\nYou&#8217;re now <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PUA Dick Striker<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>So Richie became a Dick.<\/p>\n<p>Immediately fascinated, Richie stars immersing himself even more in the seduction community.\u00a0 After all, thus far, he has learned a few good things that have <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">helped<\/span> him.\u00a0 He now starts studying every piece of information he can get his hands on every different camp.\u00a0 He studies a method popularized by someone named &#8220;Intrigue.&#8221;\u00a0 He learns a style of &#8220;Insulting Asshole&#8221; by a character named Michelangelo.\u00a0\u00a0 He studies post by a snobby PUA called\u00a0 &#8220;Fashion.&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0 It all starts as innocent fun trying to meet a few girls.<\/p>\n<p>Unknowingly, something weird happens.\u00a0 Something, deep, dark and ugly that completely sneaks its way in under the radar.\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Along the way,\u00a0he adapts the mindset, belief systems, and mental processes of the people whom he admires.<\/span> He worships these people.\u00a0\u00a0 He believes them to have the keys to happiness in life.\u00a0 He feels a strange loyalty because now Richie actually has met girls, gone on dates, and even has had sex with some women.<\/p>\n<p>Richie is infatuated with the Pick Up Artists.\u00a0 He takes on their personas.\u00a0 He adapts their beliefs.\u00a0 He looks at the world through their eyes.\u00a0 Little does Richie know that he is adopting the mindset, beliefs, and behavioral patters of people whom he admires, are those of sometimes-deranged people.\u00a0 They range from manic-depressive, to suicidal, to superficial, to unhappy manipulative sociopaths who plot and plan their every move.<\/p>\n<p>Richie no longer has any of the friends he had before he entered the community.\u00a0 His friends all call themselves &#8220;PUAs&#8221; and they have their language.\u00a0 Richie has stopped all his hobbies.\u00a0 His new hobby is posting field-reports, getting back to his friends to compare notes about what girls they met.<\/p>\n<p>Pretty soon, Richie is unhappy.\u00a0 Richie is depressed.\u00a0 Richie develops paranoia, always anxious about what people are trying to get from him.\u00a0 He looks at everything as a mechanical process, as though he were a programmed robot.\u00a0\u00a0 Someone sneezes, and Richie says, &#8220;Bless you,&#8221; and immediately is proud of himself because instantaneously thinks to himself, &#8220;<em>Hey, I am giving Value<\/em>&#8221; but then he worries he was being Beta. Paranoia sneaks in his head.\u00a0 &#8220;<em>Would an Alpha male say Bless you<\/em>?&#8221;\u00a0 Perhaps it&#8217;s showing Lower Value.\u00a0 Fuck!\u00a0 It&#8217;s all so confusing.\u00a0 His thoughts are turning on him.<\/p>\n<p>Someone is over at his house and the poor bastard has to take a piss so he asks\u00a0Richie to use the toilet.\u00a0 Richie thinks, &#8220;Whoa, this dude is now taking value from me.&#8221;\u00a0 It does not occur to Richie that normal well-adjusted human beings do not think this way.\u00a0 Full-blown sociopaths do.\u00a0\u00a0Rich has taken on sociopath thinking.<\/p>\n<p>Richie is really unhappy.\u00a0 See, Richie is NOT really a sociopath.\u00a0 He is a normal dude with emotions who just needed to become better with girls. He is actually a good dude, and is a likeable person.\u00a0 He just needed to tweak a few things, but he got caught in a trap.<\/p>\n<p>He got caught in the trap of thinking that he needed to adopt the personalities of the people who helped him.\u00a0 So he did, and now he is just as miserable as they are.\u00a0 Wait, he is more miserable.\u00a0 A true sociopath can coexist with himself on some level, in the same way a con artist can somehow sleep easy at night after having robbed an elderly retired couple of their life savings.\u00a0Richie, AKA PUA\u00a0Dick Striker, \u00a0has sunken in really deep.\u00a0 Every time he sees a woman, he feels like he should do an approach.\u00a0 When he does not approach a woman, he feels weird and incomplete.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Exterior of tall building- Weekday Morning &#8211; Day Light<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Today a woman was about to jump off a building to kill herself.<\/p>\n<p>Richie, now known as PUA Dick Striker, sees the attractive woman on top of the building looking to plunge down.\u00a0 Dick is anxious!!!\u00a0\u00a0 He feels like he should have tied a bungee cord around his waist, jumped with her, and asked her during the plight, <em>&#8220;I need a quick suicidal sinking female&#8217;s opinion.\u00a0 Who lies more, men or women?\u00a0 Quickly, you only have 5 seconds of free fall left<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, Richie did not have a bungee cord as part of his PUA-Kit. He had to make room for an extra pair of New-Rock boots.\u00a0 He never had a chance to open a conversation with her.<\/p>\n<p>He is feeling anxiety. Not opening the set has given him a horrible compulsion.\u00a0 He thinks to himself,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(Richie&#8217;s inner thoughts.\u00a0 <strong>Voice Over<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Man, I should have opened that set.\u00a0 That woman hit the ground,<br \/>\nSplattered across the pavement of Broadway, and I didn&#8217;t get a<br \/>\nchance to open conversation with her.<br \/>\nNow, I won&#8217;t have a chance to open her ever again.<br \/>\nThe paramedics just Cleaned up the pieces.<br \/>\nI can&#8217;t even tell my friends about my new<br \/>\nDay-game bungee approach.\u00a0 Shit!\u00a0 This sucks!<br \/>\nWhy did I hesitate to go up on the buidling?<br \/>\nI think jumping off a building would have been a great DHV.<br \/>\nWait&#8230;. He has some remorse.\u00a0 He hears some news.\u00a0 One of the most famous gurus in the entire community of Pick-Up Artists is coming to do a book signing in New York City at Barns &amp; Nobles.\u00a0 He has just released his new book chronicling his experience as a pick up artist.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a NY Times best seller called,\u00a0 &#8220;Struggles of my Game.&#8221; Being released in German as &#8220;<em>Mein Spiele Kampf<\/em>,&#8221; or rather, &#8220;K\u00e4mpfe meines Spiels.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In fact, this is the famous &#8220;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">FASHION<\/span>.&#8221;\u00a0 (Aka, Mr. Nigel Strauss.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <strong>Interior &#8211; Night Time- Huge Book Store<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dick attends the book signing to converse with his hero, Fashion,\u00a0 [Nigel Strauss] who has released a book. Dick excitedly tells of the account to Fashion. Fashion is excited, his ever scheming biddy eyes are proud. He responds!<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fashion [Nigel Strauss]<br \/>\nAwesome man!\u00a0 Awesome!\u00a0 That&#8217;s a great story. If you&#8217;d gotten<br \/>\nA make-out, it would have been better.\u00a0 But still, a great story.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dick<br \/>\nBut lately, I&#8217;ve been having second thoughts.\u00a0 Let&#8217;s say I had that<br \/>\nBungee cord, and I was next to her! He watches the Secret.\u00a0 Now, he goes around preaching like some modern day Born-again.\u00a0 He spouts off Tony Robbins quotes.\u00a0 He jumps from one self-help book to the other trying to figure out how to see straight again.<\/p>\n<p>A month goes by.\u00a0 Dick is still torn.\u00a0 He is feeling remorse and guilt for not having saved someone.\u00a0 He hears that perhaps the most famous of all the Pick-Up Artists is in town.\u00a0 He goes by &#8220;Intrigue,&#8221; A tall lanky man who likes doing mysterious Magic tricks. Intrigue is the man!\u00a0 He is Pick Up Artist who taught Fashion-Strauss originally. He is reminded of the goals he had before he was sideswiped and sidetracked by the community.\u00a0 He is now able to go out and not care about not getting a make-out.\u00a0 He is able to enjoy people&#8217;s interactions for what they are.<\/p>\n<p>He is able to sit home with 3 or 4 of his buddies and watch a football game, drinking a few beers, and enjoy the time he has.\u00a0 He finds that he has learned skills that enable him to meet and attract women, and he is able to approach women in various circumstances.\u00a0 It&#8217;s time to go back to normalcy.\u00a0 He starts calling his old friends and tells them about his plight.\u00a0 They accept him back with open arms.<\/p>\n<p>Dick drops the name Dick Striker,\u00a0 and becomes Richie again.\u00a0 He submits his copy of &#8220;Mein Spiele Kampf&#8221; book by Nigel Strauss to recycling to help the environment, throws away his gay-outfits in the trash can, and keeps around a few of the dating products he had purchased, the ones he feels gave him good pointers and helped grow to be a new person.<\/p>\n<p>Dick is gone, along with the fishnet shirts, the thoughts about DHVs, Negs, and being Alpha &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.\u00a0 Richie is back.\u00a0 He is just Richie.\u00a0 Able to enjoy the company of his friends, male and female alike, pursue his goals and lead a mentally healthy life&#8230;.\u00a0 He has learned valuable skills, enhanced his life, and knows the hidden side of the community and its unspoken message:\u00a0\u00a0Don&#8217;t become a dick.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Story of, Dick, In The Seduction Community .
