{"id":50,"date":"2008-10-05T13:47:57","date_gmt":"2008-10-05T20:47:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/attractwomenanywhere.com\/blog\/?p=50"},"modified":"2010-05-31T23:06:11","modified_gmt":"2010-06-01T06:06:11","slug":"selecting-the-right-dating-advice-and-coach-for-you","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/attractwomenanywhere.com\/blog\/2008\/10\/05\/selecting-the-right-dating-advice-and-coach-for-you\/","title":{"rendered":"Selecting the right Dating Advice and Coach for you!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--StartFragment--><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">How to\u00a0 Select the right Dating Advice<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><a href=\"http:\/\/attractwomenanywhere.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/computerdating.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-56\" title=\"computerdating\" src=\"http:\/\/attractwomenanywhere.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/computerdating.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"137\" \/><\/a>With such a mass plethora of dating coaches giving various different dating advice, there are more confused guys than ever before.\u00a0 Wow, so many &#8220;PUAs!&#8221;\u00a0 All who make lavish claims about their pick up artistry and abilites.\u00a0 Guys who could and would talk to you about the P.U. for 72 hours straight, even when they see you trying to sleep or take a piss in peace.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Whom do you follow?\u00a0\u00a0 Whom do you believe?\u00a0 Who is more credible?\u00a0 Whose advice is more fit FOR YOU?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">This is a tricky situation because while the basics of becoming more attractive apply to every man, not all dating advice is universally suitable for all audiences.\u00a0 I meet guys guy at community events and they have these bewildered look in their eyes because they don\u2019t know whom to follow.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">So let me simplify some of the elements for you and put into proper context.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">There are <strong>two major categories<\/strong> of advice you\u2019ll come across these days on the internet from seduction coach, and the advice is heavily influenced by the age and experience of the \u201cCoach.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Before I go any further, let me clarify that there is a whole category I am not addressing, and that\u2019s the mainstream \u201cDr. Phil\u201d type dating advice.\u00a0 Most of that is shit and it\u2019s the reason why people take refuge in the seduction community. \u00a0 OK. \u00a0Come to think of it, I am also not addressing the guy who can&#8217;t help you much but knows how to market to your insecurities to force you to buy things. \u00a0So let&#8217;s leave out the inept and the scammer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">When it comes to the seduction community, <\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">you\u2019ll get two types of advice:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">One category of advice is from the \u201cPick Up Artist,\u201d who proudly refers to himself as a \u201cPUA.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 Who is this guy?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>*This is generally a guy in his early to mid 20s.\u00a0 I\u2019ve seen guys as young as 19 up to about 26 or 27.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (If he is in his 30s and still wearing the moniker of PUA, run for the fucking hills.)<\/li>\n<li>*He has been around for about 2 to 3 years.\u00a0 He is relatively new to \u201cThe Game.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>*He got involved in this stuff most likely because he read Neil Strauss\u2019 book, \u201cThe Game\u201d or watched Mystery\u2019s \u201cPick Up Artist\u201d TV Show on VH-1.<\/li>\n<li>*He is obsessed with proving his skills with women to you. He has a chip on his shoulder.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>*Generally, he does not have friends or acquaintances outside the seduction community circles.\u00a0 He does not have any normal male friends, and as far as any female acquaintances, forget about it.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>*He uses a plethora of 3 letter acronyms, \u201cPUA, DHV,\u00a0 LCD,\u201d and etc.<\/li>\n<li>*Wears the PUA moniker as a badge of honor as though this is something to be proud of.<\/li>\n<li>*He actually thinks it\u2019s really cool.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-59\" title=\"bus-chaser\" src=\"http:\/\/attractwomenanywhere.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/bus-chaser.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"160\" height=\"241\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The type of advice you\u2019ll receive from the above mentioned \u201cPUA\u201d<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>*Approach every possible girl.<\/li>\n<li>*Go out of your way to approach.<\/li>\n<li>*Take a few hours every day to wonder the streets of your town to hit on unsuspecting women.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>*Don\u2019t ever bail out of the \u201cSet.\u201d\u00a0 Even if it\u2019s not going anywhere, stay in there and be persistent.\u00a0 <em>It doesn\u2019t matter that she just pepper sprayed you in the face!<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0&#8220;Stay in set man!\u00a0 Plow through!\u00a0 Come on!\u00a0 Plus she just emptied the whole can in your face!\u00a0 Guess what?\u00a0 She can\u2019t spray you AGAIN!\u00a0 She is empty.\u201d\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>*Even if you don\u2019t like the girl, try to \u201cClose her Anyway.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 Try to get something out of it, so you can brag to your other friends about it.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>*Actually, even if you cannot stand her, \u201ctry to close her anyway. Then write a lay-report\u201d and share it with your pals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 That was one category of advice.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The other category is advice from the guy who wants to help you get to the next level.\u00a0 He is tired and jaded from the scene and usually avoids all of the hoopla.\u00a0 While keeping in touch with a few select people in his industry, he avoids the rest like a plague.\u00a0 He wants to advise you how to have fun with girls while maintaining a somewhat normal and most importantly, happy existence..<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>*This guy is normally in his <strong>late<\/strong> 20s, his 30s, or 40s.<\/li>\n<li>*Does not want to be called a PUA.\u00a0 In fact, that\u2019s the quickest way to insult him.<\/li>\n<li>*Does not want to talk about dating and \u201cPick up\u201d unless he is teaching.\u00a0 He\u2019d rather talk about sports, politics or just life in general.<\/li>\n<li>*He became involved in this stuff before Neil Strauss\u2019 book.\u00a0 Chances are, he may have been mentioned as one of the characters in the book, or he hung around those circles.<\/li>\n<li>*Most likely, he had normal friends to before he got involved with the scene.\u00a0 Got suckered into becoming a \u201cPUA\u201d for a while.\u00a0 Maybe even started peacocking for a while.\u00a0 Then he had an awakening and he got the fuck out.<\/li>\n<li>*He may even have a girlfriend currently.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>*He loathes acronyms, and monikers such as Sarging, PUA, and the like.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>(He probably also hates Neil Strauss but will not say it publicly due to political and financial reasons).<\/li>\n<li>*He likes spending time with women whose company he actually enjoys.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Advice from this category of guy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>*Be able to live a normal existence.<\/li>\n<li>*Women are not animals.\u00a0 They actually are human beings too.<\/li>\n<li>*Approach women, but be able to let go of the outcome.\u00a0 Don\u2019t be obsessed with trying to prove yourself.<\/li>\n<li>*If you\u2019ve just started talking to a woman, and you decide you cannot stand her, it\u2019s OK to walk away.\u00a0 In fact, it\u2019s the wise thing to do.<\/li>\n<li>*It\u2019s OK to have hobbies outside of walking the streets to approach women for 3 hours a day.<\/li>\n<li>*If you\u2019re <strong>not<\/strong> happy with yourself for whatever reason, having sex with a random girl is not going to fix that.<\/li>\n<li>*Even at a bar, enjoy the process of flirting and talking with people.\u00a0 If they don\u2019t meet your standards, forget them and move on.\u00a0 (Instead of being obsessed with the outcome, i.e. \u201cMy goal is to make out with 5 different girls tonight.)<\/li>\n<li>*Have something else in your life that gives you gratification instead of validation from random 20 plus year old drunk women in a bar who may or may not like you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Who is right and who is wrong?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">More importantly, What\u2019s right for you?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Which is going to help you more?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">What\u2019s more beneficial to YOU?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">This depends on where you are currently and where you want to take your dating life.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>How long have you been involved in \u201cThe Community?\u201d\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Are you happy with your progress?\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Are you generally happy with your lifestyle and your choices?\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Do you feel a gaping void that \u201cSarging\u201d cannot fill?<\/li>\n<li>How old are you?<\/li>\n<li>Do you want to be a proud \u201cPUA\u201d amongst your circle of friends and acquaintaneces?<\/li>\n<li>Are you around people who are going to quiz you the next day?\u00a0 \u201cHey man, how many numbers did you get?\u00a0 How many make-outs did you get?\u00a0 Did you get laid last weekend?\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Is their approval important to you?<\/li>\n<li>Is it important to you to impress guys around you by trying to show off that you\u2019re a PUA?<\/li>\n<li>IF you attended a house party, which is generally more important to you?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">*getting laid at all costs, reporting back to your buddies, writing a field report about it despite the fact that those people will never want to see you again?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">*Meeting new people, expanding your social circle, and having the people genuinely like you as a person they\u2019d want to spend more time with in the future, (and still meeting new women in the process)??<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">These are all questions you have to answer for yourself.\u00a0 I cannot answer them for you.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">When guys first start out, they become fanatical at approaching women.\u00a0 Most of us have done it.\u00a0 You become better at social interactions by practicing, like anything else in life.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">So, you do that for a few months and you become adept at approaching and starting up conversation with random strangers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What is your goal now??\u00a0 Reassess your objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Are you still trying prove yourself to other men, and trying to fill voids by sleeping with random women?<\/li>\n<li>Are you trying to live a somewhat normal life where you have friends, hobbies, and enjoy the company of different women as well?\u00a0 Yet you\u2019re a pleasant person to be with whom others do not find weird or sleazy; the kind of guy people at a party would actually invite over again,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The answers to the last 10 or so questions, determine which route you should take. \u00a0So, next time you read advice, take into account the following factors:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">*The Age and maturity of the advisor<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">*His experience level.\u00a0 (how long has he been at it.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">*What\u2019s his goal in the advice he gives you.\u00a0 What is he touting?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">*Are you objectives in alignment with what his advice is getting you to become?<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Please apply the 80\/20 rule to what I wrote.\u00a0 This will hold true 80% of the time.\u00a0 Therefore, there will be times when you meet a 22 year old guy will be mature and wise, and a 39 or 40 year old dude who comes off like a weirdo.\u00a0 There are exceptions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">If you are an absolute beginner, you may start with the simple approach-obsessed stuff because it gets you motivated to get out and it encourages you to talk to women.\u00a0 (You don\u2019t have to go this route, but it\u2019s acceptable.)\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 Because it forces you to approach.\u00a0 You need to make the effort to approach women even if it feels uncomfortable.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">But if you stay in this phase more than 6 months or so, (maximum a year), then you\u2019ll also find yourself spiraling downward feeling a bit miserable experiencing a diminished quality of life.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">You may find that you seek validation from others constantly in order to feel better and talking to women has become a chore.\u00a0 It actually feels like a task or a job that you have to do.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">This is where you need to take it to the next level.\u00a0 Rearrange your priorities and change your game plan.\u00a0 Find the right coach whose advice resonates with you. Look for someone who:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Knows what he is talking about<\/li>\n<li>His advice is practical for YOU<\/li>\n<li>Has credibility<\/li>\n<li>Shares your values to some extent<\/li>\n<li>Shares a similar lifestyle as you do.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The first few points are for obvious reasons.\u00a0 Why would you want someone who shares the same lifestyle and values?\u00a0 Because maybe you&#8217;re a guy who wears a shirt and tie and goes to work at some company every Monday morning or maybe you&#8217;re a guy who is a blue collar worker.\u00a0\u00a0Pretending to be a Rockstar or living in a looney bin with the word \u201cproject\u201d in front of it, may not be your desire.\u00a0 Henceforth, finding a guy who can relate to your situation only makes sense for BOTH OF YOU.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">It\u2019s your life and you have to be happy with your own progress.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Select the right advice.<\/p>\n<p>Cameron<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.attractwomenanywhere.com\/ebook.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">Building Attraction with Women Ebook<\/a><!--EndFragment--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to\u00a0 Select the right Dating Advice .
